Not every business requires this service as part of the social media management service, but it is highly recommended as it will provide valuable monthly insights into how a business is performing on social media.
My Process.
01.
On a monthly basis, a face-to-face meeting (or Zoom if a client prefers) where we discuss ideas for the following month’s Social Media activity.

I then raise a Social Media content planner, curated specifically for your business, which will be sent over to you for approval. Due to the fluidity of any business, the planner is flexible and can be adjusted at any time to accommodate relevant content.

The next stage is where I research and write the content.

The content is then posted onto the relevant Social Media channels. I monitor the channels for comments and feedback from people interacting with posts and advise the business of such responses where I cannot provide a straightforward response.
05.
I recommend posting three times per week. This maintains a balance of brand visibility without overwhelming your audience.
